I am an experienced HCPC registered clinical psychologist offering specialist psychological support for adults. With over 20 years in mental health, I’ve worked across various specialisms in the NHS, education, and the private sector. I offer comprehensive online clinical psychology services to adults with a non-stigmatising, strengths-based approach.
I have a special interest in ADHD and offer NICE-compliant ADHD assessment, post-assessment support to individuals and couples, and therapeutic services. I have undertaken additional training to provide ADHD assessment and diagnosis. I am trained in a variety of talk therapies, including cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, and more somatic-focused approaches. Additionally, I am a trained and certified provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol, an evidence-based listening therapy designed to support emotional regulation, social engagement, and overall well-being.
Although I have been aware of my own neurodivergence for some years, I have only relatively recently been diagnosed with ADHD. I understand the impact ADHD can have on every aspect of life—work, education, leisure, health, self-esteem, mental health, and relationships with those you care about. While challenging, these life experiences have taught me invaluable lessons, and I now find my diverse background incredibly valuable in my work.
